What are their standards for recruiting and staffing/ If they’re not protecting their business- they won’t protect yours!

Is their service accessible and easy to use?

A good courier service should be as customer-facing as possible and their technology and ease of use should reflect that. Easy ways to make delivery orders, ways to easily schedule drop offs and pickups, transparency and the ability to track deliveries and all of it. The more transparency and ease of use you have- the better!
